The show celebrates the creative process of this landmark design company, which is known more for its furniture than for its innovative textiles. Rather than floral chintz and bright velvets, popular in American homes of the 50s, Knoll produced fabric inspired by the simplicity of men suites to upholster its modernist furniture.
