The football team was coming in and got some explosive training in, followed by tire flips. When it was our turn to work out they got out the log...So we did log press, tire flip, axle deadlift, and kettlebell training. It wasn't quite as intense as last year when we squatted at Westside Barbell and Elitefts in the same day, but we were already beat.
