Raw Snickers
Best to use only raw and organic ingredients of the highest quality. INGREDIENTS 1 cup melted raw cacao butter 1 cup raw cashews 1 cup raw honey 1 cup raw cacao powder 1 cup coconut palm sugar 1 cup raw pecans or cashews, loosely chopped 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan rock salt 1 Vanilla bean METHOD - Cut up chunks of raw cacao butter approximately one cup. - Measure out 1 cup of raw honey into the blender - Add 1 cup of raw cashews (I stir them around in the blender) - Blend until creamy and smooth - Put the chunks of cacao butter in a saucepan - Measure 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of cacao into a bowl - Roughly chop 1 cup of pecans and add to the bowl - Add 1/2 tsp of pink Himalayan crystal salt - Cut the vanilla bean lengthways and scrape out the vanilla beans and add to the bowl - Add the Cashew and honey mixture to the bowl aswell and loosely mix all ingredients - Melt the cacao butter on the lowest temperature on the stove, Once it has started to melt remove it from the heat to 'avoid' cooking it, you dont want it to get warmer than 44 C It should always be luke warm. - Add the melted cacao to the bowl of dry ingredients, mixing well. - pour into a glass pyrex dish - Set in the freezer for half an hour or until set. - Remove from the fridge and cut into pieces, garnish with blueberries and a sprinkle of coconut palm sugar. I am just typing out this recipe and I realized that the recipe called for two 3 ounce packages of cream cheese NOT two 8 ounce !!! No wonder I had so much filling!! This is after I tell you all in the video to read the recipe carefully before starting, LOL!! :) That being said though, I don't regret using all that cream cheese because these cupcakes were to die for! Filling: 2 packages (3oz each) cream cheese 2 tbsp powdered sugar 1 egg 2 snickers bars chopped up (I bet you could use whatever chocolate bar you wanted for this recipe) I also know that I'm going to get comments asking if they can substitute something else other than snickers because they are allergic to peanuts. These people will NOT have read this before asking. Thank you to all of you who actually ARE reading this, you rock! Cupcakes: 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup buttermilk 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla Frosting: 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup butter or margarine 3 tbsp milk 1 1/2 cups (or more) of powdered sugar 1 snickers bar chopped for garnish if desired. Heat oven to 350F. place baking cups in each of 18 regular size muffin cups. In small bowl beat cream cheese, 2tbsp powdered sugar and the egg with the electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. RECIPE Mudpie Bars Vegan 1 Cup Rice Syrup 1 Tsp Vanilla 2 Tablespoons Smooth Peanut Butter 4 Cups Rice Crispies 1 Cup Chopped Almonds (or Pecans, Walnuts, Brazils) 200 grams Dark Chocolate Chips 1 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter Method 1. Melt Chocolate and 1 Cup of Peanut Butter in glass bowl 2. Bring rice syrup to boil, stir in vanilla and 2 tablespoons peanut butter and whisk until smooth 3. Add Rice Crispies and chopped nuts, mix well. 4. Sprinkle half of rice crispy nut mixture into a glass dish and flatten with a flat base bowl or clean moistened hands (12" wide, 1.5 inch deep) 5.
