On May 25, 2011, Senator Rand Paul responded to Harry Reid's baseless attacks on his opposition to the misnamed "Patriot" Act and reiterated his defense of the Bill of Rights and the American people's privacy. Senator Rand Paul is continuing his efforts to hold Harry Reid accountable to his February promise to allow a full week of debate and open amendments on extending the Patriot Act. In defiance of Senate orders, Sen. Paul brought up three amendments and asked for unanimous consent to allow a discussion and a vote on them. Sen. The final 4 contestants have to give their best performance of their lives. Only three acts will will make it through to the liveshows. The last judgement is made by their own judge. Featuring contestants; 1. Marcus Canty 2. Astro 3. Chris Rene 4. Philip Lomax The X Factor is an American television singing competition originating from the United Kingdom, created by Simon Cowell and produced by SYCOtv. The competition is open to both solo artists and groups and has no upper age limit. Each judge is assigned one of four categories—either girls between 12 and 30, boys between 12 and 30, individuals over 30, or groups (some of which may be formed from rejected soloists after the audition process).[4] Through the live shows, the judges act as mentors to their category, helping to decide song choices, styling and staging, while judging contestants from the other categories; they also compete to ensure that their act wins the competition, thus making them the winning judge. The winner stands to receive a $5 million recording contract with Epic Records.
