Me and a few friends made a pilgrimage from Los Angeles, California to London, England to party and have fun - but it was mainly to see Bright Eyes, Jenny Lewis and Jonathan Rice rock The Royal Albert Hall. It was one of the best experiences of my life. Conor Oberst was stood probably 15 steps away from me outside the Stage Door of the Hall having a cigarette with some other guy and we made eye contact. I think he was slightly confused to hear Californian voices at a UK show and then wondered why me and my friends were staring at him and not approaching him. It was like he was waiting for us to walk over but we took too long and then he went back inside. Still... EPICNESS.
