It's a tedious process, but I only do it every couple of weeks, so it is definitely worth it! Remember nothing great was ever achieved without sacrifice, and this is definitely a small one to make for healthy natural hair! **If using Denman brush, be sure to modify it by removing every other row of plastic bristles, and brush SLOWLY against your hand.
