Learning Parkour

You've probably seen it all over YouTube, it's called Parkour or Free Running and believe it or not, there's a guy right here in Northwest Arkansas who teaches a class. So naturally you picked it. This week you sent me to Bentonville to Aspire Athletics to learn the art of Parkour and my coach, Chase Ward. Parkour is the art of movement where you learn how to jump, move over stuff quickly, vaults, climbing up stuff, basically anything that makes you're movement more efficient. Now according Parkour's founder, David Belle, this particular form is based more on moving quickly and efficiently from Point A to Point B. While, Sébastien Foucan's free running incorporates more flips, spins, that sort of thing. Got it? Good. By the way, the famous chase scene at the beginning of the James Bond movie, Casino Royale -- that was Foucan. What can i say? I'm always going that extra mile for you. My goal for today is to eventually try a back flip off the wall. Now I realize it's a tall order but I've got good coaching. So how do you think it went? Well, see for yourself. Click on the video.
