The Westboro Baptist Church picketed in three spots when they visited Philly, and we were there to greet them at ALL of them. They protested at the American Jewish Museum/Synagogue, the Basilica of St. Peter and Paul, and the Electric Factory. Aprox. 30 people gathered outside of the block of the Jewish Musuem to counter-protest, around 20 people outside of the Basilica, and a dozen or so in front ot the Electric Factory. At all the counter-protests some people stopped by, curious what was going on, and ended up joining our counter-protest. We ended up on the news for our counter-protest at the Electric Factory, and were cheered on by every All Time Low fan entering the concert. (One of the band members even came out afterwards I heard, but I wasn't there to meet him). It was a successful day for us, and we definitly had all the support of the people passing by both protests.
