YOGA FOR SENIOR CITIZEN MEMBERS In our endeavour to ensure wellbeing of our senior citizens (60 years & above), President of the society has prevailed upon Cheshire Homes India, 16 Pritam Road, Dalanwala, Dehra Dun to make available their spacious & well-kept hall to Dalanwala Welfare Society (DWS), free of cost, for use by our elder members for their 'Physical and Emotional Preservation' through the medium of Yoga. Dr Gyan ji, a highly qualified & motivated yoga teacher holding a masters degree in Yoga has most graciously offered his services, at a nominal cost, to conduct the Yoga classes. Yoga classes are being held at the Cheshire Homes Hall for one hour from 8.05 AM to 9.05 AM on all weekdays except Saturday & Sunday. We will be able to accommodate approximately 30 to 40 senior citizens to avail this facility on 'First Come -- First Serve' basis. DWS has also made arrangements for First Aid Box & Durries / Yoga Mats. Yoga Classes have already commenced. All senior citizens who wish to avail this facility are requested to become members of DWS by filing an online membership application on website of "Dalanwala Welfare Society' and contact the society secretary, Dr. Mahesh Bhandari (Tele: 2657422), for registering their names for yoga sessions.
