Im making this video for people to hear both these languages ======================================== I got a general idea from some people in forum's, blog's and video's that both these languages are closer in grammer, structure and pronouncation then compared to other Chinese dialects such as Hokkien, Hainanese Taishanese, Teochew, Hunanese, Mandarin, Hakka and other Asian languages such as Thai , Japanese , Lao, Mongolian , Khmer Tagalog ,Malay, Tibetan, Korean , Burmese, Hindi, Tamil, Indonesian and Hmong I dont think they sound nothing alike maybe a few words which is the grammer but the pronouncation is totally different ======================================== A monosyllabic language is a language in which most words predominantly consist of a single syllable. Monosyllabic languages are often tonal languages; due to the use of tones, the number of available monosyllables is significantly more than in non-tonal languages, making shorter words more practical. Cantonese Kitchen -Chinese cooking- Chee Cheong Fun (rice noodle rolls) steamed in a wok
My grandmother, a master at Chinese cooking, making chee cheong fun (rice noodle rolls) with shrimp, sausage, eggs and onion. Ingredients- 1 - rice flour* 2 - water 3 - ha mai (really small dried shrimp)*, soaked in water until soft 4 - laap churng (pre-cooked Chinese sausage)*, cut into small pieces 5 - scrambled eggs, cut into small pieces 6 - green onion, cut into small pieces 7 - cooking spray or vegetable oil *available at Asian grocers ------------ Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. For every cup of flour, use 2 c. water. Get about 5 aluminum pans and lightly coat with cooking spray or vegetable oil. Prepare a wok by bringing water to a boil. I think this batch yielded 25-30 noodle rolls.
