Andrew and Mark dueling it out. ( Andrew on Banjo and Mark on Guitar) Hello, this is our cover of the song "Dueling Banjos" and this is our very first attempt at posting this song on YouTube. We are very aware that there are some problems that occured with the preformance. Please do not criticize us, for we worked hard pracitcing this song for your entertainment. We realize that our instruments aren't capoed and that one string is a bit out of tune. It will sound a lot better if everyone will just sit back and enjoy the music. Thank you from Andrew and Mark.

This is a popular banjo tune, arragned and played for the movie Deliverance by Eric Weissberg (and Steve Mandel on guitar). Among other versions, this is the original, ripped from the Deliverance soundtrack CD. My favorite one. Enjoy! I DO NOT OWN ANY COPYRIGHTS OF THIS SONG.

MP3: www.mediafire.com Collection of all my N64 Medleys: www.mediafire.com In the 90's, some people had Tamagotchis, Nirvana and Push Pops. I had Banjo Kazooie. Anyone who's conquered this game knows how long it is. I beat it 3 times at the age of 7 and I loved every minute of it. I tried to go back to the approach I took with Goldeneye by doing a better job blending the songs together. I feel like a good medley is one that sounds like a full song as opposed to a playlist so I'm sorry this one ended up being so long. Still, I hope you guys enjoy watching it as much as I did making it. Thank you so much for the continued support, expect a howto video pretty soon! :) Comments, ratings and subscriptions are greatly appreciated! Narrated by Steve Martin, a banjoist himself, the film explores the roots of American music — the minstrel show, ragtime and early jazz, blues, old-time, folk, bluegrass and country. It is a story of America's quintessential musical instrument from its African slavery roots to the 21st century, featuring performances and commentary from contemporary folk musicians such as Pete Seeger, Earl Scruggs, Taj Mahal, Béla Fleck and the Carolina Chocolate Drops, as well as from leading music historians, instrument builders and collectors. Grammy-winning singer and songwriter Rosanne Cash hosts. GIVE ME THE BANJO is produced and directed by Marc Fields with Michael Kantor as executive producer. Tony Trischka is co-producer and music director. The evening's presentation is in collaboration with PBS member station UNC-TV (North Carolina).
