Now before you jump on the gamer rage of why release DLC if you can still get it in the game before it ships, allow me to calm you down. This DLC will actually be available to anyone who preordered the Mass Effect 3 collector's edition. But granted that these are sold out every where, yes, you may have to fork over the ten bucks for the new squad member. But this was just like they did for Mass Effect 2.
