stranger things have happened , but I don't recall when....Nils started loading Hammond B-3's into nightclubs, like Rocky's Hideaway and The Peppermint Cave when he was still in grade school, for his sister's band The Night Twister's...He might have been a roadie but most likely Kirsten was babysitting...His band Wee Willie and The Rockin Angels broke all attendence records for the infamous Peony Park...on The Lincoln Highway...His company Rainbow Recording Studios Omaha... ran sound for most of the funk bands touring in the seventies...Many of the local (Nebraska) musicians went on to play drums for Jimi Hendrix...play and arrange for Stevie Wonder...play with Smokey Robinson, Sergio Mendez, Tower of Power, Joe Cocker,Red Higgins etc etc...on July 29th 2011...several Grammy Award Winners put together one of the greatest eleven piece Funk/Soul Bands of all time...Just for one night..It was incredible to have been a part of this amazing event
