Robert Plant & Jimmy Page - Kashmir - Led Zeppelin Full version - 1995. Remastered. DTS-sound. Oh let the sun beat down upon my face, stars to fill my dream I am a traveler of both time and space, to be where I have been To sit with elders of the gentle race, this world has seldom seen They talk of days for which they sit and wait and all will be revealed Talk and song from tongues of lilting grace, whose sounds caress my ear But not a word I heard could I relate, the story was quite clear Oh, oh. Oh, I been flying... mama, there aint no denyin Ive been flying, aint no denyin, no denyin All I see turns to brown, as the sun burns the ground And my eyes fill with sand, as I scan this wasted land Trying to find, trying to find where Ive been. Oh, pilot of the storm who leaves no trace, like thoughts inside a dream Heed the path that led me to that place, yellow desert stream My shangri-la beneath the summer moon, I will return again Sure as the dust that floats high and true, when movin through kashmir. Oh, father of the four winds, fill my sails, across the sea of years With no provision but an open face, along the straits of fear Ohh. When Im on, when Im on my way, yeah When I see, when I see the way, you stay-yeah Ooh, yeah-yeah, ooh, yeah-yeah, when Im down... Ooh, yeah-yeah, ooh, yeah-yeah, well Im down, so down Ooh, my baby, oooh, my baby, let me take you there Let me take you there. let me take you there

ARMS Concert en.wikipedia.org The idea for hosting the concert was envisaged by Ronnie Lane, ex-bassist for The Small Faces and The Faces, himself a casualty of multiple sclerosis. The concert was billed as The Ronnie Lane Appeal for ARMS and featured a star-studded line-up of British musicians, including Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Steve Winwood, John Paul Jones, Andy Fairweather-Low, Bill Wyman, Kenney Jones and Charlie Watts. The concert was particularly notable in the fact that it was the first occasion on which Clapton, Beck and Page, each a former lead guitarist for The Yardbirds, had performed together on stage. The ARMS charity concert proved so popular with both the audience and the musicians that the decision was taken to perform a further nine concerts in the USA. The US dates included Joe Cocker, who notably sang lead vocals on "With a Little Help from My Friends", and Clapton, Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page each shared lead guitar duties on the "Stairway to Heaven" instrumental. While Ronnie Lane appeared in New York, he did not appear at all of the US dates. They played in San Francisco at the Cow Palace on December 2, 1983 for three sold out shows. Also, Steve Winwood was unable to do the American shows and Paul Rodgers was now playing in Page's set. (They later formed The Firm together.) Watch this on Full Screen because it's in HD thanks to You Tube Editor. I created this video with the YouTube Video Editor (www.youtube.com I paid 40 dollars for my ticket to Friday's show and Eric was solid,Jeff stole the show and Jimmy got the biggest applause on that day. Just like in this video. I wish i had a copy of Friday's show and if you have it please contact me. The difference between the 2 shows is that Ronnie didn't perform with Eric but he climbed down from his seat behind the stage to join the band for Layla,Little Help From My Friends and Goodnight Irene. Hot off the heals of their collaboration in the 'Unledded' show for MTV Unplugged, the following year, 1995 they were embarking on a tour together with an eclectic group of musicians including a Moroccan (Or was it Egyptian?) orchestra who helped them revamp and reinterpret much of their work with Opuses such as this and Kashmir having their dirgey keyboards ditched in favour of strings etc. . . . this clip is taken from their unannounced appearance at that year's Glastonbury Festival. Jimmy Page "Prison Blues" (outrider 1988)[vocals:Chris Farlowe] lyrics: I've been a b-bad boy baby I've been a bad boy all night long - oh yes I have, Yes, I've been a bad boy honey, I've been a bad boy all night long, That woman, she don't even let me, She did not even telephone. I'm gonna leave my little honey, Like a rabbit leaves the hole, A-ow-ah leave my little honey baby, Just like that little bunny rabbit leaves the hole, I got a weasel in my pocket, I'm gonna stick that weasel down my mamma, I'm gonna stick it down that little hole. (Solo) I'm never gonna get out of this prison babay, The only way I get out is climb over the wall, Oh baby, the only way I get out is that I get a ladder and climb over the wall Well I can't climb the ladder baby, 'Cause I'm afraid that I, that I might fall. Come on yeah! I'm staying in this Folsom prison honey, Yeah, I'm gonna stay in this prison till the day that I day, Oh, I'll stay in Folsom prison baby, Oh, till the day, until the day that I die, Hear more, I'm gonna kill nobody, Oh my baby you know, you know that I'm staying alive (Solo) 'Cause I know baby, that's gonna be a great big lie, (You know I'm livin' in this F-Fol' prison)

Robert Plant & Jimmy Page - Since I've Been Loving You - Led Zeppelin 1995 Working from seven to eleven every night, It really makes life a drag, I don't think that's right. I've really, really been the best of fools, I didn't what I could. 'Cause I love you, baby, how I love you, darling, How I love you, baby, how I love you, girl, little girl. But baby, since I've been loving you I'm about to lose my worried mind, oh, yeah. Everybody trying to tell me that you didn't mean me no good. I've been trying, Lord, let me tell you, Let me tell you I really did the best I could. I've been working from seven to eleven every night, I said it kinda makes my life a drag. Lord, that ain't right... Since I've been loving you, I'm about to lose my worried mind. Said I've been crying, my tears they fell like rain. Don't you hear, don't you hear them falling. Don't you hear, don't you hear them falling. Do you remember mama, when I knoked upon your door? I said you had the nerve to tell me You didn't want me no more, yeah. I open my front door, hear my back door slam, You must have one of them new fangled back door man. I've been working from seven, seven, seven, to eleven every night, It kinda makes my life a drag... Baby, since I've been loving you, I'm about to lose, I'm about lose to my worried mind.

Years ago, back when Napster was new, my friend found this file... I believe it was labeled "Swan Song" and that it was an unreleased Led Zeppelin song. Many Zeppelin lovers have probably heard of a song called "Swan Song" which Jimmy Page had started recording a demo of (circa '75?) that was stolen or went missing. I doubt that this it. However, it could be a lost Jimmy Page instrumental... It definitely sounds influenced by Page, if it isn't. I've had the file for years and have always wondered about its origin. If anyone can shed some light, that would be appreciated. Thank You. Photo: 500px.com

Robert Plant & Jimmy Page - No Quarter - Led Zeppelin 1995 Close the doors, put out the light You know they won't be home tonight The snow falls hard and don't you know The winds of Thor are blowing cold They're wearing steel that's bright and true They carry news that must get through They choose the path where no-one goes They hold no quarter, The ask no quarter. Walking side by side with death The devil mocks their every step The snow drives back the foot that's slow The dogs of doom are howling more They carry news that must get through To build a dream for me and you They choose the path where no one goes They hold no quarter, they ask no quarter.
