The Scaredy Cats are: Paul Carr(Guitar/Vocals), Rich Marino(Bass/Vocals), Myself Danny Vitale(Drums/Vocals) and special guest on Hammond B3 Organ, The fantastic Ken Clark. Recorded Live, last summer in August, here in our hometown of Beverly, Massachusetts. Normally, we work as a trio. It was a real treat having Ken Clark , from The Ken Clark Trio, jump in with us on his very cool Hammond B3 organ. Kenny is a master of the B3. We were lucky to get him. Thanks Kenny!

The Small Faces - Itchycoo Park

The Small Faces - Itcycoo Park Lyrics: Over bridge of sighs To rest my eyes in shades of green Under dreamin' spires To Itchycoo Park, that's where I've been What did you do there? I got high What did you feel there? Well I cried But why the tears there? I'll tell you why It's all too beautiful It's all too beautiful It's all too beautiful It's all too beautiful I feel inclined to blow my mind Get hung up feed the ducks with a bun They all come out to groove about Be niceand have fun in the sun Tell you what I'll do (what will you do?) I'd like to go there now with you You can miss out school (won't that be cool) Why go to learn the words of fools? What will we do there? We'll get high What will we touch there? We'll touch the sky But why the tears then? I'll tell you why It's all too beautiful It's all too beautiful It's all too beautiful It's all too beautiful I feel inclined to blow my mind Get hung up feed the ducks with a bun They all come out to groove about Be nice and have fun in the sun It's all too beautiful It's all too beautiful It's all too beautiful Ha! Itchycoo - Live & Interview

"Itchycoo" (Mia Bergström & Tobias Gustavsson) live on tour in 2004 performing in Germany. Combined with a backstage televised interview with Newcomer TV. In 2004 with the band's debut album released in the German speaking territories, Scandinavia and Asia Itchycoo embarked on a live tour taking in more one hundred shows across five countries. The tour included support shows with P!nk. Itchycoo always travelled together with their Swedish musicians who provided the required backing to give the band its pop rock feeling on stage. The first song seen performed in the clip is "Love Train" which was the bands debut single in Germany. The track was not released as a single in their native Sweden, instead the label using the track "Crash Course in Love". The second song they perform is titled "Bittersweet" a track the record label eventually deemed too rock for the first album and the band giving the track (written by Tobias & Mia) to Japanese pop star "Miz" in 2006. Small Faces - Itchycoo Park, 1968

Posted by www.nostalgoteket.se From swedish tv show Popside, 24th March 1968. The Small Faces were an English rock and roll band from east London, heavily influenced by American rhythm and blues. The group was founded in 1965 by members Steve Marriott, Ronnie Lane, Kenney Jones, and Jimmy Winston, although by 1966 Winston was replaced by Ian McLagan as the band's keyboardist. The hairy seeds from the Rose hip (or wild Dog Rose) were called "Itchycoos" by English children in the 1950s. The seeds could be broken out of the berry and dropped down someone's collar between shirt and back to cause itching.

Ronnie Lane talking about Itchycoo Park

In a radio interview from the Dutch program "Poster" in June 1983, Ronnie Lane tells us about the origins of their great hit "Itchycoo Park", where the melody stems from (the hymn God be in my heart and in my understanding), the real location of the park and why they changed the name in Itchycoo.
