Pierre was interviewed about "Take That" British Pop Group, He told the true story about Gary Barlow when he asked Pierre to do his Mothers hair for her Birthday free of charge. Pierre gave Gary the money so he could pay on front of his Mother for her haircut. Pierre talks about "Take That" first ever public appearance at Pierre's salon soirée. In 1990/1 Pierre also gave 'Take That' their first break and opportunity to play on a real stage to a real life audience on Pierre's KMS show, Pierre always thinking ahead, introducing "Take That" to his audience as the future Beatles. This show was at the Disco Royal in Peter Street, Manchester. Pierre said, watching the video tape later, listening to Gary Barlow's voice, which sounded out of key at some places, however Pierre knew that his prediction would come true. Pierre has a good ear for music and knew with his distinct and easy recognisable Voice, Gary would become a huge star one day. Of course, Pierre was right.
